3. Products, Content & Availability

Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate information about our bathroom vanities, freestanding bathtubs and related products, including dimensions, finishes and included components. However, minor variations in color, finish or texture may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, screen settings or natural material characteristics.

You are responsible for verifying measurements, clearances and installation requirements with your contractor, plumber or designer before purchasing.

Availability

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you represent that all information provided (including shipping details) is accurate and complete.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, including after automated confirmation emails.
  • If we cannot accept your order (for example, due to availability, address limitations or pricing errors), we will notify you and issue a refund for any payment received.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • All prices on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by law.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors to securely handle card and digital payments. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Freight Model

  • Eligible products ship via standard LTL freight with curbside delivery within the contiguous USA. Freight costs for standard deliveries are included in the product price.
  • Typical handling time is 3–7 business days to inspect, crate and book your order with a carrier.
  • Typical transit time is 5–14 business days from carrier pickup, including delivery appointment scheduling.
  • Estimated total time from order to delivery is approximately 8–21 business days (1.5–4 weeks).

These are estimates and may vary based on product, location, carrier capacity, weather and other factors outside our control.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Curbside delivery means the driver will bring the palletized shipment to the end of your driveway or a nearby accessible location. Drivers do not carry items inside, up stairs or perform installation.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery as recorded by the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting the shipment at delivery and noting any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Return Window & Conditions

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided products are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Items that have been installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • For buyer’s remorse returns (change of mind, incorrect size or finish selected), the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover warehouse handling and inspection costs.
  • If your item arrives damaged and the damage is properly documented at delivery, we will work with you and the carrier to find an appropriate resolution.
  • Refunds are typically processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by the warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less return freight and restocking fees.

7. Errors, Inaccuracies & Changes

We may occasionally publish information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (for example, in product descriptions, pricing, availability or shipping details). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed an order.

If a correction materially affects your order (for example, a significant pricing or availability issue), we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed, modify or cancel the order.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and layout, is owned by Hayes & Burns or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
