Shipping & Delivery

Which areas do you ship to?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard LTL freight with curbside delivery is included in the product price for eligible items. There are no additional freight charges at checkout for standard deliveries within the contiguous USA.

How long will delivery take?

Our typical delivery window is approximately 8–21 business days from the date of order. This includes:

  • Handling time: 3–7 business days to inspect, crate and book your order.
  • Transit time: 5–14 business days with our freight carrier, including appointment scheduling.

What does curbside delivery mean?

Curbside delivery means the driver will bring the palletized shipment to the end of your driveway or street-side location accessible by truck. Drivers do not carry items inside, up stairs or to specific rooms, and they do not perform installation or debris removal.

What should I do if my shipment looks damaged?

Inspect the pallet and packaging carefully before signing. If you see damage, write a brief description on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos. Then contact us at info@hayesandburns.com with your order number and photos so we can file a claim and arrange a solution.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., change of mind) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.

Who pays for return shipping?

For buyer’s remorse returns (change of mind, wrong size/finish), the customer pays the return freight shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged and the damage is properly documented at delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve it at no cost to you.

Do you charge restocking fees?

Yes, a 15% restocking fee applies to buyer's remorse returns. This fee covers warehouse handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. We do not charge restocking fees for returns due to damage or defects reported within 48 hours.

Do your products include countertops and faucets?

Some vanities include tops and sinks, others are sold as cabinet-only. Each product page clearly states whether tops, sinks and hardware are included. Faucets and drains are typically specified separately by your designer, plumber or contractor.
