What should I do if my shipment looks damaged?
Inspect the pallet and packaging carefully before signing. If you see damage,
write a brief description on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos.
Then contact us at info@hayesandburns.com with your
order number and photos so we can file a claim and arrange a solution.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new, unused
condition with original packaging. Returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., change of mind) are subject
to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.
See full details in our Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For buyer’s remorse returns (change of mind, wrong size/finish), the
customer pays the return freight shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged
and the damage is properly documented at delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve it
at no cost to you.
Do you charge restocking fees?
Yes, a 15% restocking fee applies to buyer's remorse returns. This fee covers
warehouse handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. We do not charge restocking fees for
returns due to damage or defects reported within 48 hours.
