We are an official authorized retailer for every brand we carry, including Wyndham Collection, James Martin Vanities, and others. This means every purchase includes the full manufacturer warranty and guaranteed product authenticity. We do not sell white-label or gray-market goods.

We value honesty over speed. High-end bathroom fixtures are heavy and fragile; they require specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight handling.
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: We verify stock with the manufacturer immediately upon order.
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days. This allows the warehouse to inspect, palletize, and strap your vanity or tub for safe transport.
- Carrier Handoff: Once the carrier picks up the freight, we email you the tracking number (PRO number).
Shipping & Delivery
- Transit Time: Typically 5–14 business days depending on your distance from the warehouse.
- Curbside Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to sign.
- Inspection: We provide a guide on how to inspect your freight upon arrival to ensure insurance coverage.
