Shipping & Delivery

Where do your products ship from?

Hayes & Burns is an authorized retailer. To ensure the fastest delivery and minimal handling, products ship directly from the manufacturer's secure warehouses located across the United States. While our administrative office is in Cape Coral, FL, your order will likely ship from a distribution center closer to you.

Which areas do you ship to?

We ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations at this time.

How does Curbside Delivery work?

Large items (vanities, bathtubs) ship via LTL Freight. "Curbside Delivery" means the driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible curb. Please note: Drivers strictly do not carry items into the home, garage, or upstairs. We recommend having a contractor or helper available on delivery day.

How long will delivery take?

Total delivery time is typically 8–21 business days. This includes:

  • Processing: 3–7 business days (inspection, crating, and carrier booking).
  • Transit: 5–14 business days (freight travel time).

The carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the freight arrives at the local terminal.

Returns & Damages

What if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your freight immediately upon arrival. If you see visible damage to the crate or box, you must write "Damaged" on the driver's Bill of Lading (receipt) before signing. Take clear photos and contact us at info@hayesandburns.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you if the damage is properly noted.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be uninstalled, modified, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Are there fees for returning an item?

For returns due to "buyer's remorse" (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, didn't fit), the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the warehouse labor to inspect and restock the heavy freight item. There are no fees for returns related to verified shipping damage or manufacturer defects.

Product & Warranty

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Hayes & Burns is a fully Authorized Retailer for every brand we carry (including Wyndham Collection, James Martin, and others). All products are brand new and come with the full manufacturer's warranty intact.

Do vanities include the faucet?

Generally, no. Unless explicitly stated in the product title (e.g., "Vanity with Faucet"), faucets and drains are sold separately. Most vanities include the cabinet, countertop, and sink(s). Please check the "What's Included" section on the product page for verification.
